Requesting modification like no mayonnaise or no onions etc is hit and miss, you ask but unless you confirm it on the receipt you don't know what will arrive. It would be a great boon if they added electric automatic power doors. Food wise good, facilities negative, the toilet is not disabled accessible as in when using a wheelchair, I pity elderly users with rollators, ie, wheelie walkers, the doors will knock them over. As a pedestrian if you see the no entry sign, the drivers with food in their hands and probably a phone can't see you until you are on your way to the hospital. Read more17/08/24 - Spent 40 minutes waiting on a "5 minute wait", while the upset young lady apologised, only to get home to an incorrect and stone cold order. I put my cold chips in the airfryer to heat, took 1 mouthful of my drink, and then realised the rest of my meal was incorrect. I headed back to the store with the entire meal to get a refund, as I was not waiting another 40 minutes for the meal I asked for. The manager Luke, gave disgusting attitude, argued relentlessly, and then refused to refund the drink because I had taken a mouthful!
