KFC North Geelong — Restaurant in Victoria

I recently visited the KFC branch in North Geelong and had a delightful experience. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm welcome from the staff. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable seating arrangement.

I ordered a Zinger Box, and despite it being a busy evening, my food was prepared and served quickly. The chicken was hot, crispy, and seasoned to perfection, exactly what you would expect from KFC. The fries were golden and crunchy, and the drink was served chilled. I also appreciated the fresh and crisp coleslaw, which added a nice touch to the meal.

The staff were attentive and made sure to check if everything was to my liking. They were efficient and managed the rush hour admirably, ensuring that all customers were attended to without significant delays.

Customer service was quite poor, on being addressed by the staff member, I initiated by asking how he was and he just stood there looking at me, to my astonishment, I then proceeded to make my order (no:4102). I then waited in store for my order and while waiting, at least 10 other people had there orders taken, and given. I was still waiting (for up 15-20 minutes) for my order. I then realised that my order was part processed and left to the side of the console for at least 15 to 20 minutes. It wasn't until another staff member looked at this part completed order and started asking other staff as to what it was. It appeared that no one knew. This same staff member then asked me as to whether I was waiting for an order. When I answered yes, she took my receipt, and then said that the order was to be repacked. I then gained the attention of the manager and made a non emotive complaint about the service to which she just looked at me and said sorry. Service...

We went to the Repco next door so stopped off at KFC North Geelong for lunch. Very clean and great customer service from staff. We ordered at the counter and decided to eat in and they gave us table service delivering our meal to our table so we didn’t have to stand and wait. We ordered a 3 piece box and an ultimate box. Coleslaw instead of the bun and mash. The table service delivered us two three piece boxes by mistake so she went and got the burger that was forgotten so we ended up with two extra pieces of chicken and an extra mash. Usually we are driving out of a KFC with 2 pieces of chicken instead of 3 because they’ve given us less chicken than ordered so this time...
