First of all we waited over 50 minutes for our food, which included one cheeseburger meal and one snack wrap. Both shift supervisors were sitting up on benches doing nothing in the back of the kitchen, whilst the young girl packing was only completing one order at a time meaning even customers who had only ordered one thing were waiting just as long. You’d think she would be trained properly and know that you can get those smaller orders out smack bang in order to clear some of the que on the screen. After finally receiving my order I opened the bag to find half of it missing. I went to the counter and politely asked if I could have the rest of my order and she looked at me as if I had two heads. We were also with a group of people who ended up just running across the freeway and still ordered their food, received their food, eaten it and I was still waiting for over half an hour after that. Whilst I waited in the line for 50 minutes I witnessed over 10 people leave the line to order since they were ignorantly neglected by your staff. It wasn’t even busy, the lack of delegation and sense of urgency was honestly a joke. I can completely understand if tonight was her first shift, however the lack of supervision and initiative from the shift supervisors and/or management was an absolute joke. Read moreAfter tracking for 4 hours to what I thought would be such a brilliant experience, I was disgusted by the way I was treated at this establishment. After ordering only 2 items and of that one of them being one of the most commonly purchased burger on the face of the earth I was made to wait for 25 to 30 minutes. I stood there and watched 3 women do absolutely nothing but make one large chips and take out the garbage. They continued to stand there, hands on hips, waiting for the burger to be made. Finally, once the burger had been made I was informed that the beverage I ordered was unfortunately unavailable, after I watched her try make it and then throw the remains into the bin. I was offered an exchange for another flavour but obviously I had ordered the flavour I wanted. I asked for a refund and a large coke for the inconvenience but after I was given the coke she proceeded to walk away from me. Prior to this I also attempted to use the rest room only to find it to be one of the most disgusting bathrooms I've ever seen. Just after opening the door I gagged at the smell, great to see the staff are staying on top of hygiene in a time like this. Once I finally left the building I looked at my burger. To top off my visit, it looked horrific. I wouldn't even have called it a burger, it was simply a disappointment.
Get it together, your job is to serve people food, not just sit there on your phone....

As a fast food worker myself i can understand getting slammed through a busy peak but it’s a joke when it takes over 30 minutes for one order that was only a medium cheeseburger meal. The burger wasn’t even made correctly. Your staff weren’t serving anyone while waiting for orders to be made, creating a huge line of customers while someone out back was sitting on the bench doing nothing to help the team. Whoever was managing clearly needs to be given more training as there was no real deployment of team members or even any communication amounts the team to try to get through the 4 cars that were in the drive through. In the time that i was waiting i witnessed at least 10 customers who were ignored by your staff and leave because the service was that appalling. In the span of time that i was waiting for my meal my friend walked across the freeway and ordered at the northbound store and even made it back and ate his meal before i even had mine. The store manager of this store needs to crack down on this issue, team member training and hiring needs to be done to avoid short staffed shift.
