Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience with our booking. I had arranged a 30minute wine tasting and then wood fire pizza lunch for 18 guests. Apparently this did not indicate I wanted a table setting so upon arriving we were rudely told “you could have told me you wanted to sit down” by the owner (even though I had booked 2 months out and paid a deposit for our lunch). My friends and I then arranged the table and chair settings ourselves so we could have lunch. Just thought I’d make it aware that if you book for a bigger group for lunch you must request to be seated as it is not a given. The wine tasting also does not come with any explanation of the wines, only “this is moscato” and as explained to me now we must ask questions if we wanted information about the wines. Seems slack when paying $55 per person. We did enjoy the pizzas and cheese boards but just felt the value of our wine tasting and lunch experience was excessive for what we received. Have discussed with management and agree details of what is provided in the wine tasting and lunch for a group setting needed to be discussed more throughly in the booking process so both parties expectations are met. I wouldn’t recommend for a larger...

A quaint little winery in the middle of no where (or it definitely felt like the middle of no where!). The staff seemed friendly and the decor inside the restaurant was a cool eclectic mix of retro goodies.

I'm not sure if we went on a particularly busy day, or things are usually like this, but we waiting 1h45m for 2 pizzas and to make things worse, our drinks weren't even brought out in this time. We didn't have anywhere else to be and we just killed the time playing board games, though if we were in a hurry, it would have been a massive pain.

It seems like the kind of place that there was no point seeing how far away things were, because everyone seemed in the same boat and complaining would have only increased the stress on staff when they were probably already under enough.

PIzzas were ok, though not worth the wait.

Plenty of open space outside to relax with a quiet wine in the sun. Probably not a bad place for an afternoon session if you're in the area and not in a rush to be...

This place has so much potential, there were like two wines to choose from and they were very overpriced for what they were. Pizza was nothing special, also not worth $18. 3 others pizzas were nice, the cheeseburger one was gross, the dogs in the establishment that beg for your food wouldn’t even eat it which is funny. If this place had reasonable prices I know a lot of locals that live in the bush around that would go. We booked in advanced and waited a long time for the pizzas, the server kept walking away as you were saying what you’d like (I think to check if they had ingredients) there were only 3 other people in the venue. TLDR fancy prices for not fancy...

Very casual and unique vineyard. Don't go there if you want classy or fancy pants, but if you want laid back friendly staff, scattered outdoor seating that's dog friendly,, good *free* tasting, then check it out. Reasonable wines at $9/glass, wide range of liqueurs and ports. Food was ok, mainly pizza (we tried the lamb pizza). Heaps of room to chill out outdoors with kids and dogs. Two very cute resident whippets to meet as well. We will be back with friends as think it would be fun with a group.

Freaking great place. Amazing Pizzas in a really great rustic and low-key setting. Beautiful location with amazing trees and view of Mt Buninyong. We have the Pino Noir and ended up buying some to take with us - was beautiful. Owner opened the door on arrival and had the wood fire going. So comfortable. The only complaint I have here is that I am not smart enough to solve the puzzles he gave us! 🤣 Seriously good spot. Def worth a visit. We will absolutely be back!

What an interesting and wonderful place to go for lunch. The home made zucchini dip was particularly good and the pizzas were huge and delicious - we had Smoky chicken BBQ and the vegetarian one and couldn’t fault them. I loved the quirky mid century decor, the bush location, the charming and friendly waitress and the ice cold drinks. I will definitely be returning
