Owner has not customer service was 7.20pm on a Friday night and was told I'm doing the register so no orders. Me...so are you taking orders again? Rude man...in 5 to 10 minutes. Few more people went up to do the same. Rude man....(he was getting angry on everyone that went to him) Lady then was told to start taking orders, we were up first. Me....can I please order a special family pack. Lady... (very rude) no we don't do special family pack. Me.. why is it not marked off? Piece of tape under the name but not any note to say anything. So ok orders small mixed pack. Lady....do you want salad with that. Me....yes please Lady...dips Me..... Hummus and teriyaki Lady.... sauce Me ..garlic Lady ....that's $16.50 Me...why does it can $15.50 on board. Lady...we are waiting for a new board. But I will give to you to keep you happy. Travelling North on the Hume Freeway on Boxing Day, and against my better judgement, my family & I reluctantly stopped at the Euroa Roadhouse precinct for lunch as we expected the queue for service at all the different vendors would be laboriously slow. Three of members of the family decided to have meals from Mustafa’s, whilst the fourth family member opted for McDonalds. Although the queue was reasonably long compared to an average weekend patronage, we were pleasantly surprised how quickly the patrons were being served. Once we placed our order we received the completed order within 2 minutes. Granted, the number of staff members was more than usual; it was evident that the partners and their offspring were assisting with the counter service, food preparation and distribution. Nonetheless it was 10/10 from this patron on the pleasant & courteous service received from the counter staff and the freshness and well presented kebabs served. Keep up...

Nothing positive to say about this store. The last 4 times we’ve been to your store; you’ve (the owner/manager) either incorrectly charged us, made our order incorrectly, or made the complete wrong order. You’re awfully arrogant and do not listen when your customers are ordering. When questioned about this, you say “I charged you for ‘XXX’” meaning, again, you aren’t listening.

You’ll be straight on the blame game, these outcomes have happened when you are infact not busy. We’re a local family that unfortunately will no longer be supporting your business.

I advise anyone who purchases from this store to stand at the window/making bench and question everything they’re doing with your order, as getting in the car or home to eat your food and it being incorrect. Like right now - food with chilli on it and too hot for us to eat - is quite frustrating.

Alternately spend your money elsewhere and save yourself...
