North Store Cafe Wonthaggi — Restaurant in Victoria

Strong, very hot latte ordered...milky, pale, warm latte arrived. Took 2nd sip to confirm it was as ordinary as it looked and tasted 🤨. The rest is still sitting in the cup on their outdoor table while I'm driving home to make a cuppa. I appreciate you responding to my feedback but if you think there is a problem with your coffee machine and that is the machine you are using to make all the coffees currently served at North Store Cafe then that is just very concerning and yes certainly talk to the tech...fast! I suspect the problem is more likely the barista who either didn't a) read the docket properly, b) put enough coffee in the cup prior to adding the milk or c) hold the milk jug under the steam spout long enough for it to heat properly.
