Rochester Bakery — Restaurant in Victoria

Unfortunately received really poor service. Young girl serving seemed very disinterested in being there. Waited over ten minutes for a coffee order and only after another customer who had ordered after me received there’s first did I ask politely if my order was being done? One girl making coffees replied she had two others to make before mine. From the chat that I heard between staff it seemed that one older staff member was more concerned about doing things out the back of the store than helping out with making orders. I couldn’t wait any longer so I left without my coffee or without asking for a refund as I felt it would have been too much of a bother to ask!! This store is in desperate need of a review of their staff and order procedures. Clearly Writing coffee orders on post it notes that get mixed up...

Rochester bakery opens at 7 am clearly stated on the front door, I walked in at 7:10 am thinking I would be able to get a sausage roll I spoke to the lady at the counter and she said that no sausage rolls where ready and I would have to wait about 12 minutes so I asked about pies she said the same thing, with this in mind it means that they wouldn’t be selling any hot pies or sausage rolls until almost 7:30 so I kindly said that’s is all right I’ll have to give it a miss this time, meanwhile I can go to my local bakery witch says on the front door opens at 5am, at 4:30 and still be able to get anything I would like half an hour...

I would've brought more... there's hardly any prices on the products 😕 we sat outside the table was so wonky I was pleased I didn't get a coffee ☕ also we were talking to an older couple..(who went in the bakery and then came out empty handed)... Who didn't buy anything as there was no price's...we're on a tight budget... 🥴 They didn't want to get...
