Subway — Restaurant in Victoria

8th October 2017; Today I went over for shopping and decided to have subway for lunch. Approaching the counter to order the two girls were busy talking not even bother looking at me,came over to me within 5 minutes later without apologising for making me wait,not even ask me how am I. Ordering my food I asked for fresh bread from inside the whatever they keep their bread in she wasn't happy giving me the bread that I asked she pointed the bread that have been sitting on the bench for hours and goes "they're fresh" and roll her eyes at me.. serving me I asked for toasted she wasn't happy and goes "our toaster is broken" no sign that says it was broken and first of all she should of tell before serving me. VERY VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HYGIENE! IF I COULD COMPLAIN TO HEAD OFFICE I WOULD BE HAPPIER; as that's not the first time...

IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS I WOULD, I came with my girlfriend to subway in Mid Valley today, the guy served me and moved along leaving her standing behind, even though we were clearly together, she just quietly waited her turn. When he finally got to serve her, HE SAID IN A VERY RUDE TONE" NEXT TIME MAKE SURE YOU ADD YOUR ORDER TOGETHER SO IT MAKES IT QUICK". We are customers, he made her feel embarrassed and he was so rude about it I'm never going back I'm so angry, he made us feel unwelcome and I've never been served like this before. I go to subway all the time but not anymore ESPECIALLY SUBWAY IN MID VALLEY...... I HOPE HE GETS A LATTER OF WARNING IM SOOOOO...

here i was right. buying my lunch, fun day out with the girls everything was going alright till we got to the salads. there were 2 slices of tomato that had mould. and when i asked for lettuce there was bits of carrot with it. i had meatballs on my sub and i wasn’t dare going to eat any other meats as there were flies buzzing around all the meats. i was up at the counter and was planning on buying cookies when i seen 2 flies on the cookies and i said no. i wouldn’t go back until the clean up their act. “subway eat fresh” more like “false advertising” not...
