I’d not recommend this place if you are a person of color. My family of four visited yesterday and ordered four meals. They served two meals first, but the other two didn’t arrive. After waiting for at least 30 minutes, we approached the staff to check on the delay. They casually informed us that they had run out of eggs and couldn’t fulfill the remaining orders. What made this worse is that we clearly saw two white customers, who arrived after us, being served meals with eggs. We understand things like running out of ingredients can happen, but what was truly disappointing is that no one cared to inform us in advance, suggest alternatives, or provide a solution. We had already paid for everything upfront, yet it felt like our order and we as customers, were simply not important enough. When we asked for a solution, we were told to queue up again to order something else or request a refund. Frustrated, we decided to order two chicken focaccias to go, something they just needed to heat and hand over. Shockingly, even then, we had to follow up before they finally gave us our food. The only difference I could see between us and the other customers was the color of our skin. I have lived in Australia for nearly six years, and while I have occasionally faced subtle discrimination, this experience felt deeply hurtful. Being treated as insignificant for something entirely out of our control—like the color of our skin—was disheartening. I hope those who act this way eventually experience how it feels to be treated poorly for something beyond...

From the moment we arrived under the towering trees and saw the charming Big Apple sign, we knew we were in for something special! The setting is rustic, warm, and incredibly welcoming – the kind of place that instantly makes you feel relaxed.

We kicked off our visit with a cozy fireside hangout, soaking up the crisp country air while warming our hands by the crackling fire. The vibe was laid-back and wholesome, with friendly service and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind.

And let’s talk about the breakfast – absolutely delicious! The scrambled eggs on toast were perfectly creamy, and the crispy bacon was spot-on. Simple, honest food done right, with that unbeatable fresh country touch. And not to forget, we met the lovely Floki!

Whether you’re passing through or planning a weekend getaway, this spot is a must-visit. We left with full bellies and happy hearts. Can’t...

I recently visited a cozy cafe near city Bacchus Marsh with my family. The cafe is located in a picturesque road out of the town, and it has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The walls are decorated with paintings and photographs for sale, and there is a fire pit in the yard that was perfect for a chilly evening.

We ordered coffee and baklava, and everything was delicious. The coffee was strong and flavorful, and the sweet was tasteful. It was the perfect way to warm up on a cold day.

The service at the cafe was excellent. The staff was friendly, and they made us feel welcome. We would definitely recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to enjoy a cup of...

If your looking for traditional Middle Eastern food , you can't go past The Big Apple. Food was amazing and service to match . The Turkish coffee was beautiful and the mountain tea boiled traditionally over the fire is a must have. Very family and pet friendly if your looking for a place to go and feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door . We will be visiting regularly
