Its great to get good value, what's even nice is when you get beautiful service by beautiful people. Thankyou ladies, you made my day special and put joy back into the World. I went back for breakfast today. It was terrific. As I'm in the area for a while, it would be great if I could get some sort of a deal arrangement so I could come in more often. If I could get this breakfast for $15, which is what I'm paying to go to breakfast at McDonald's at these three to four times a week, I would rather come to a place like this. If you have any suggestions please let me know. I'm pretty keen on breakfasts. I met the young man today 4 Oct , 2024 ask about the burgers that were pre-made. I just wanted one with beetroot. The one with the lot was the one that was supposed to have beetroot. It didn't have beetroot. He didn't hesitate to sort it out for me and even said just keep the other Burger. If you're hungry it's okay. He didn't make a big deal out of it for my inconvenience. I really appreciate his kindness. Nathan also gave me a glass of water. You see when I go to hungry Jack's they always give seniors some free coffee and a glass of water. At the very least if I can get a glass of water with my meal, I'm much more inclined to eat here. And thank you very much for your customer service and here's a great photo of the burger. I wish more people knew about how good the burgers were here instead of eating The mass produced stuff from hungry Jack's. I never heard back about any suggestions regarding the breakfast. That's why I haven't been back in for breaking. It's a little out of my seniors price range. Who knows. Maybe somebody will drop a name and say hey. Come and say g'day. Today I win it again and there was a younger fellow in there and I mentioned yesterday that I bought a water. Would that be okay? And he said oh he will see what he will do like it's a big deal man. Come on folks. I was a nanosecond away from cancelling my order and becoming a non-customer. Thankfully the other fellow from yesterday came out and said geez his being a bit tough. Here you go and he sorted it out. Update came for lunch. All of the sausages and eggs for $12 which is great. Ask for a little gravy. The old lady with short hair working today 22/4/2023 at 3:30 the manager should check the camera what she has done in front of us. As we stop by for a coffee and standing in front of the till waiting to order about 3 minutes but no one come so I decided to ring the bell I thought maybe they busy at the back and didn’t know that we are waiting to order. After ring the bell 2 minutes this lady come out from the back not saying hi or anything to us but straight away go grab the bell and throw on the bench but she was throwing very hard that the bell hit the wall and fell on the ground. She picked up and threw it again right in front of our eyes. We didn’t say anything but looking at her with a question why did she do that? Then she started to be very rude and told us that it’s rude to ring the bell can’t you wait and she said I saw you but I don’t have to come right the way am I? She asked us. We were shocked didn’t expecting that would come from customers service. My husband told her what she did isn’t right what she did that calling rude not us ringing the bell. The service from the young girl out the front was absolutely amazing and the coffee she made was to die for! The price was very reasonable and surprising but that’s where the positive review ends! Took nearly 1/2 an hour to receive our order (1 big breakie & 1 bacon &egg sandwich) the attitude of the woman that brought out our meals was absolutely discusting she basically just plonked the plates on the table and literally said there ya go there’s ya meals! Hubbys big breakie was all cramed on a average size plate which made it impossible to cut/eat!(I ended up giving him my plate to put things on) My bacon & egg sandwich was not what I ordered at all! I received a roll instead of a sandwich which I didn’t bother saying anything about as I didn’t want to wait yet another 1/2 hr for the woman to remake it nor did I want to deal with her attitude again! All in all The girl out the front and the coffee was faultless but the rest of our experience was absolutely horrible!
