McDonald's Glenfield Road Wagga Wagga — Restaurant in Wagga Wagga City Council

I am a disability support worker and took three ladies through this drive thru at 12.15 on 1/11/2015 I was told I could only order for 2 of the ladies as that is their policy. Already stuck with cars behind me so I couldn't go anywhere but forward. When I got to the window I tried explaining that I had 3 ladies with me and they needed to order separately so they each had a receipt. Also explained that 1 of the ladies couldn't walk, I even showed them the disability parking permit on the van. To add further frustration it was pouring rain. I asked to speak to a manager and again explained the situation. His reponse was come into the store and place 3 orders. I said " so you expect me to leave 3 disabled ladies alone" he then suggested I go through drive thru twice. I turned the car off in shock as 1 of the ladies tried getting out of the car( she just wanted her maccas). The manager then said "start the car and leave or I'm callimg the police.. I kept saying' are you serious?? I then asked for his name so I could make a complaint, he wouldn't give me his name. At no time did i swear or become aggresive( although 1 of the ladies was very upset). I then went to the McDonald's near the hospital ( The ladies were excited to have maccas) Absolutely fabulous..The staff took the 3 orders and gave me all receipts..ALL...

Rude Manager & Dishonest Crooks! !Small burger meal costs $5.40, with a coffee instead of soda is an extra 85 cents I was told, then the cashier says total cost is $6.85. So I say that cannot be right as $5.40 + $0.85 is not equal to more than $6.25. Was told would you like me to get the manager, "Sure". Cashier girl walks off digging the pus from her eye over the chips, then continues her unsanitary touches to her body with her fingers with no idea of H.A.C.C.P. and food safety! Manager is told that I am arguing the price, manager tells me rudely to pay the what the machine says or don't get anything! I tell him to fix his computer and the young arrogant manager throws another rude tantrum. No sale! I used their Internet Connection to post this, Shakespeare would be pleased. The outside parking bays are messy, with cigarette butts and other garbage on the ground; a young guy gets out of his car to start his shift, he is in uniform, he smells of heavy cigarette smoke and cigarette residue as he walks into work. Been to thousands of Maccas Internationally and in oz, and have never encountered such attitude, nor seen such outrageous insanitary practices! that's a very nasty Maccas...

I approached the door at 11:58pm as the manager approached from the inside. I greeted her as she did me. As normal, I gave way to her thinking that she needed to go outside. She then started to play with her keys in the door as I stood to the side thinking that she was trying to find the right key for the door. This, as it turns out is exactly what she was doing, because as soon as she found the right key, she told me that they were closing the restaurant and I had to use the drive through. I never use the drive through here as every time there is something missing or something wrong with my order. This manager was the rudest individual, who after I pointed out that 1) it was still before midnight and 2) I had actually been at the door before her, would not let me pass her even though the door was still open. I would completely understand if I was there after midnight. I would even understand if she was at the door when I approached, but when I was at the door before her, and before midnight this is completely unacceptable. Maybe I should have just shoved my way in like she tried to shove her authority at me? Not my only gripe about this place, but this is the most...
