Town & Country Pizza and Pasta Warrnambool — Restaurant in Warrnambool

I've lived all over Australia & each time I go somewhere new I have to find my new favourite places to go. I went into Town & Country to buy the country special pizza with Tomato, Cheese, Ham, Bacon, Hot Salami, Onion, Mushroom, Capsicum, Pineapple, Garlic & Herbs. Something different that sounded like the flavours could work well but as I approached the counter I noticed a balckboard with the days special pizza.... I dont remember the exact ingredients but from memory it had tomato, cheese, pork belly, apple, hot salami, red peppers, spinach & a side of chutney. Well I've never seen a pizza anything like this one so I took a gamble & ordered one. This pizza would easily be in my top 10 pizzas of all time for originality & taste. I can't wait to get back there & order the Country Special to find out if these guys are the best in town or were just lucky...

TLDR: the service is so consistently poor here, it makes the pizza not worth it.

Pizza is decent. However, the service is horrible time and time again. Particularly when you are told there will be a 45 min wait for your pizza and you end up waiting an hour and a half - in the rain.

Gave them another chance since my last review. Service still absent. I placed an online order, but didn't get the confirmation text. I called to ask about ETA. Got hung up on 7 times (this is quite common for this place) finally got through 20 mins later to be told my pizza was already ready. I recently visited Town and Country Pizza and Pasta in Warrnambool and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza for $22 and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I returned to collect it, I was asked to wait another 10 minutes. As I had a 2.5-hour drive ahead, I requested a refund instead.

The staff member appeared frustrated and initially refunded only $19. When I pointed out the full amount was $22, he seemed annoyed but checked my receipt and refunded the remaining $3. When I asked for a refund receipt, I was told to “just check your bank account.”

While I understand it was a busy time, the service was rude and dismissive. As a customer, I expect better communication and courtesy. Very disappointed and...
