Canning Vale Chinese Takeaway — Restaurant in Western Australia

We ordered dinner and we were given a 1 1/2hr wait time which was fine. 2hrs later I called the restaurant to check where our order was only to be told it was already on its way. Another half an hour later still no food so I tried calling but the phone had been taken off the hook and was never put back. Our guests went home hungry only to have our food show up after everyone had left 3hrs and 20mins after we ordered. I was so disappointed. It cost us a fortune and we had no one to give it to. I hate writing bad reviews but after being lied to by the business and then the phone being taken off the hook I can’t say I would ever recommend this business it’s just not an ethical way to operate. If they hadn’t started cooking my order when I called I would have happily made other arrangements instead of sending my guests home...

Even if the food is average, if the service is good that's what can bring you back. I walked in, stood at the counter to order. Two staff members were on the other side of the counter, both on the phone taking orders, so I stand there and patiently wait. They hang up and finish their orders, they don't look at me or acknowledge me standing right there in front of them. They turn away and do something else, then jump back on the phone when it rings again. Ignoring me standing there looking at them hoping to make my order. After a few minutes of waiting Ive had enough and leave. Worst service...

Terrible customer service. I ordered a veg fried rice and they gave me a mixed fried rice. When I called to tell them that, the girl had so much attitude. She admitted that she didn't hear me clearly but never apologised for her mistake but was arguing with me. Me and my extended family are regular customers there but we will never go there again. Very disappointing. If you want your small bussiness to bloom please train your staff to get the correct order and to be polite...
