Chicken Treat — Restaurant in Western Australia

I am so impressed every time I go into this CHICKEN TREAT Store!

It is beautifully decorated. It is exceptionally clean and the food is always fresh!

I was talking to a young girl today. I had just been to court and had a beautiful win. I have been horrifically treated by the system after a horrendous assault and have been unable to get any support from the resources that I should be able to get support from! A problem caused by a soul destroying series of barbaric behaviour towards me and my daughter of 14! I cannot afford lawyers so I have had to stand for myself and today it paid off and I am very happy. I have a few to go! I ask for your positive thoughts please?

I shared my joy with this beautiful young lady! She was genuinely happy for me! It meant more than she'll ever know. I have lost so much fighting for OUR HUMAN RIGHTS!

May I suggest better signage prior to the store! It is quite hard to work out exactly where it is. The young lady that I spoke to told me that it does not get that busy. It is such a shame for one of the first take away in Australia! An Australian Icon!

I am 50 years old now but when I was a kid it really was a huge treat! The days where we all still cooked our own food and it was very occasional to buy CHICKEN TREAT, Go to the beach and watch the seagulls fight over the occasional chip U would spare!

I have not ever had that much in life but those moments of joy amongst an abusive childhood meant so much!

This was my 1st time at this outlet. After ordering my food online and arriving I was told there would be a 15 minutes wait for chicken. I waited 30 minutes, walked in and out and no one bother calling me or letting me know that it's still on its way. Eventually I got frustrated of the long wait and I asked what's happening with my order. The person who assisted asked me for my name 3 times then went to the packing area still not letting me know what's happening. Eventually I got my order after about 45 minutes. Wasn't a great experience neither was the food pleasing that I'd visit again. Not great. Wouldn't return.

I was asked to drop a message on below link provided by the owner? Got a response asking why I was asked to leave a message. Then that's it. Nothing happens after that. When I saw below message asking to leave a message I thought at least they care about customers but then nothing happens after that... 4 weeks...

Worst customer service. Don't waste your time with this chicken treat. I ordered a burger in a meal. Half the burger was hot at the top of the burger was so cold. I went in firstly being polite explaining the situation. The smug lady and bloke in there were trying to tell me it wasn't cold. And instead of remaking my burger, they both chose to stand there arguing with me and practically laughing at me, with smirks on their faces. I had another customer touch the burger and she also confirmed that it was really cold. Absolutely disgusting. My partners burger was also missing sauce. The second burger they eventually remade was again cold. Taking the absolute piss. You guys work in fast food, both don't have any customer service at all. Can't even make a burger right....
