Collier Cafe — Restaurant in Western Australia

We just held a very successful 7th birthday party for my son at the mini golf and café and couldn't be happier! Thank you to everyone at Collier Park and especially the kind and helpful café staff who helped us make sure everything ran smoothly - and most of all that we had a great time!

We felt like the team got the right balance between organised and laid-back. The café staff organised for the clubs and balls to be waiting down by the mini golf for the kids to grab as soon as they arrived. They also helped us to choose the best time to serve lunch and suggested that the kids could carry on playing afterwards if they hadn't reached the 18th hole by that time (in the end I think everyone was too hot and tired but it was a 'nice-to-know'!).

The mini golf itself is beautifully maintained and there are some nice shady parts under the trees if you happen to go on a hot(ish) day like we did. The kids especially enjoyed fishing the balls out of the water with the provided nets!

We loved that the kids get to choose their own individual meal and that there are jugs of drinks on the table too. We opted for a fruit platter add-on which was also lovely and fresh, piled with seasonal fruit. Of course, the kids only had a few pieces each but then we simply handed the leftovers around to parents.

The food arrived perfectly on time, the staff made sure we had everything we needed at the right time, and it was great that parents could have a seat and easily grab a drink and snack in the function room as well (you can order directly from there). Best of all we think the kids enjoyed it a lot.

I would highly recommend this venue if you're looking for somewhere a bit different for your next kids' party. It's fairly priced for what you get, and it's easy for parents/siblings to join in as well if they like by paying for their own round of golf and/or...

Outstanding little cafe! Extremely good value. Harry is an excellent chef and makes a seriously delicious frittata with some gourmet trimmings including, spinach, onions, hash brown plus plus.
