As a long-time regular at Darkstar Coffee Roasters, I have always enjoyed their exceptional coffee. Recently, I decided it was time to upgrade my coffee machine and headed to their shop for advice. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the level of service and expertise.

Guilio, in particular, has a deep knowledge of every product in the store. He made thoughtful recommendations based on my preferences, ensuring I made the best choice. His guidance was invaluable, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

Once I selected my new machine and coffee grinder, Marcus stepped in to ensure everything was set up perfectly. He ran me through the entire process, ensuring I was comfortable with my new equipment. His attention to detail and patience made all the difference.

To top it all off, I received two kilograms of Kelvin coffee beans, which are fantastic. The Cozza family truly knows their stuff when it comes to coffee, and their dedication to quality is evident in every cup.

This is the best place in Perth to get coffee! 😄 The coffee itself is delicious (my favourites are the Zuri and Kelvin), the staff are friendly and the service is great. The price is pretty good too, especially since they offer a discount when you buy two bags. A couple of weeks ago I ducked in late in the day to buy their gift box as a retirement gift for someone finishing up the next day, but the main new showroom had shut early for some reason. I spoke to one of the people in the cafe next door and she was so helpful, going out of her way to make up a replacement gift box for me. I really appreciated the effort she went to, to resolve a problem that was essentially due to me leaving things to the last minute. Has been really good to see the Osborne Park site evolve into a coffee geek haven over the years, this has probably turned into the most comprehensive coffee craft centre in Perth. My Vario died earlier this year and after searching through dozens of online stores, marketplace ads and coffee equipment stores I was fortunate enough to run into Giulio at Darkstar while browsing the army of grinders stashed around the cafe and training space. I ended up buying a great condition second hand grinder thanks to his expertise and understanding; they have equipment for every workflow and budget and most importantly understand all of it and whether it suits you.
