Domino's Pizza North Geraldton — Restaurant in Western Australia

I literally cannot stand this now. It’s taken countless times of these guys getting our order wrong, burning it, or forgetting drinks for me to write a review it’s honestly so pathetic and customer service is poor when u call to make a complaint. Have had them forget several drinks and telling us they’ll drop them off later for them to just not? Like who’s running the show ? Also they can never get edited toppings right I’m so disappointed I always pay extra and don’t get the topping I pay for! Paid for EXTRA sauce and the pizza comes with NO sauce. Have also received inedible burnt garlic scrolls and had chicken bites delivered with spilt milkshake all over them, how brain dead is the staff in there...

Would give less than 1 star if I could. After being given the wrong pizzas and being told they couldn’t deliver out the right ones, I made the 3km trip back to be greeted by 3 not overly cleaver employees who spent longer trying to put there heads together to figure out why there was prawns and olives on my pizza then apologising and organising a remake. Only for some young lass with ginger hair to pipe in with some uneducated level of piss poor customer service stating they could not remake as there was a piece missing. Called up on the 3rd of April at 10:30 pm. The Indian guy was so rude I asked for delivery. He was so rude saying I only have two drivers and there on jobs at the moment and said it would arrive at 11:15 I said that’s fine, he asked what I wanted I asked for vegorma I said no tomato what other sauces do you have instead he said bbq.
