Domino's Pizza Thornlie (WA) — Restaurant in Western Australia

Been going there once a week for years. Fine until a few weeks ago. Pizzas burnt black, either way too much toppings piled on or hardly any at all. Burnt black Pepperoni pizza two weeks in a row now, fortunately this week there wasn't much Pepperoni on it to burn. Sparse Jalopenos on the Firebreather. Orders are late. Store was dirty , used cleaning cloth left on a table, rubbish on the floor, seats dirty. Staff members unfriendly and look like they're feeling dead inside. This store used to be stupendous in their quality and for being on time (as well as friendly staff who cared)....now the pizzas are sloppy, burnt with no quality control at all, and the staff look like they're past caring. Hmmmm Pizza Hut is looking good.... EDIT. Ordered two pizzas minus ground beef and mushrooms. Ground beef on both and mushroom on one of them when picked up. Staff clearly dont care. Last pickup, there was a dead cockroach on the floor in the dine-in area. After complaining, this week the counter had been wiped with a dirty rag and the floor was marginally cleaner. Change of hands and staff has clearly not been good for this store. NEVER again. Going Pizzahut all the way from now on after using this store for years. Sayonara Dominos Thornlie.

EDIT, gave them another chance, ordered two pizzas both having ground beef removed. I got, two pizzas with ground beef. If someone has an allergy, they could be up for a lawsuit. Complained, was offered a refund, even though uploading photos of the pizzas with ground beef, NO response after that. THIS week I have ordered from Pizzahut, a little more expensive but worth it. This store used to be top notch, now changed hands and dont give a ff about customers. See the photos of pizzas with ground beef I did not want. AVOID...

Very very bad service. I wish to give them ratings in MINUS. Last night I ordered for a veggie pizza at 7:30, after half an hour when I went to pick it up they said there is no order for Jas. But with in one minute when I called back on land line number and the girl replied me it's ready to go. 🤷‍♀️ It was a VEGGIE pizza without olives even though I found olives and pepperoni. When I complained, the staff gave me stupid excuse that pepperoni sticked in box .They think customers are fool who don't know the difference between cooked and raw food . Extremely rude staff members sending customers away. They go to Domino's just for gossips rather than to love work, greet customers and expand business. FREE ADVICE-: In my eyes, they need more basic training to differentiate between vegetables and meat. Because some people are vegetarians by their own choice and some are from...

A bit surprised to see their rating is quite low. I've already ordered pizza from this Domino's branch for around 7 times. I still remember my first time buying pizza here with my cousin and from that time on I'm a big fan of their pizza. Pizzas always freshly made and hot, generously topped, not to mention they are ready in 7-10 mins. Staffs are incredibly friendly and attentive. Recently, I accidentally did a mistake when customizing my pizza (I ordered extra large classic crust instead of usual large cheesy crust) and it's still not bad at all. The bread is a bit dry and toppings a bit less this time but nobody is perfect and it's still a nice pizza anyways. Other than that, every pizza I ordered previously is always enjoyable.
