Tonight in the drive thru I was greeted by an extremely rude voice, I could barely get my words out to order as she was cutting me off and extremely inpatient while I was placing my order. I asked her to just be patient and wait a minute and she sneared with laughter at me. I got to the window and asked if it was her that just spoke to me at the speaker box in which he shrugged her shoulders and said “I don’t know” in response. Much to my surprise it was the same voice that had spoken to me at the speaker box. I told this young girl that it’s not acceptable to speak to people rudely and with disrespect. When I called her out for it she closed the window on me and asked me to drive forward. I waited at the window and didn’t move and asked to speak to the manager multiple times, eventually after multiple eye rolls and prompting me to move forward she finally went to get her manager. Her manager handled the situation well and apologised to me on her behalf, although I didn’t feel it was good enough and that the young girl needed to be held accountable and apologise for things when she’s in the wrong. The manager went and spoke to the girl, the manager then came back and said she doesn’t want to come and apologise or talk to me. I told her I won’t be moving until I get an apology from her, I appreciated that the manager was trying to defuse the situation and do what she could but this girl needs to have much more respect than this. The manager then went back to get the girl, she came to the window and handed me my food and said “sorry bout that” in a tone that was ruder than the first encounter. I then called her out for her half ass apology, and she literally said have a good night and walked away. As someone who also works in customer service I was absolutely beside myself that this young girl has a job. She was not only rude to me but also the person behind me.

Read moreI recently visited the Hungry Jacks location in Dayton and my experience was extremely disappointing. I waited in the drive-through line for half an hour just to receive one burger. This is unacceptable and completely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. Not only did I have to wait for an unreasonable amount of time, but I also noticed that the staff were not professional.
This is not the first time I have experienced such poor service at this location. Whenever I place a delivery order, I always have to wait for a long time. The staff seem unorganized and unprepared to handle orders efficiently. It is frustrating to constantly have to wait for my food when I am paying for a fast food service.
To make matters worse, the night manager on February 10, 2024, was not taking his job seriously. He seemed to be just passing time in the store, while there was a long line in the drive-through and no one was ready to process orders. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this particular Hungry Jacks location. The service is slow, the staff is unprofessional, and the management is lacking. It is not worth the hassle and disappointment to dine at this restaurant. I would rather go to a different location or choose a different fast-food option.
In conclusion, my experience at Hungry Jacks in Dayton was terrible. I had to wait for an unreasonable amount of time for just one burger, and the staff were not professional. The night manager seemed to be just passing time, while customers were left waiting for their orders. I do not recommend this restaurant and urge others to...

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at dayton hungry jacks drive-thru locations after placing an online order.
I had specifically requested for no bacon in my order. However, upon receiving my food and leaving the premises, I discovered that bacon was included. I have attached a photo for your reference.
I returned to the store and spoke with the manager on duty. She asked if I would prefer a refund or a replacement. I clearly stated that I was not there for a refund, but simply wanted my order corrected and prepared according to my original instructions. Unfortunately, the manager did not acknowledge my concern, nor did she offer an apology.
When I received the replacement, it was again incorrect—this time missing the hash brown. I had to explain this to the manager once more. On the third attempt, I was finally given the correct order. However, during this interaction, the manager spoke to me in a very rude manner, saying: “Are you satisfied now, or do you want a refund?”
This level of customer service is extremely disappointing. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and to have my order prepared accurately. I believe the manager on duty would benefit from additional training in both customer service and order accuracy.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure proper steps are taken to prevent such incidents...
