Worst experience today. I've spent hundreds of dollars there, since I've discovered their blended ice coffees, and the girls there during the weekdays are fabulous. Today (Sunday) was a totally different experience. First, shoved the eftpos unit out the window, didn't tell me the amount due (if they did, I would have picked up on THEIR mistake because I've ordered this exact thing multiple times), face turned the other way so I'm there holding my loyalty card for someone to take but was ignored. Then we found out they made a mistake, the older lady was rude to ME, even though it was THEIR mistake. Finally a girl took my loyalty card, that was nearly full, to put 3 more stamps on it, then I did not get it straight back. When I asked for my loyalty card back, they gave the card, but after driving off saw that it wasn't my loyalty card, but a "Get $1 off your next coffee" card - so to top off the worst experience there ever, I was rorted (again) of my loyalty card (that had 1 more purchase to go before I received a free grande drink) swapped for a $1 off card. Plus, the actual drink was not a good standard (first time ever, they are usually really good). It tasted weird and way too syrupy 😪 I get that mistakes happen, but it was their fault, and were rude about it. It made me, the customer, feel bad and insulted. Worst experience, I feel like I never want to go back there again. Do not recommend going there...
Read moreI have been a customer for more years that I can recall. Ever since it has changed hands too many staff change overs, the duty of care and customer service has obviously also gone. To visit every day and at times twice a day to be treated with contempt and not caring how the product is made. Today when I asked for the employees name to be told I am not giving you my name because you always complain. When you treat me different than any other customer and don't really want to serve me doesn't want to make me come back. There are several lovely girls that work there, are courteous, friendly and take good care of the franchise. But this afternoon takes the cake by being totally ignored after handing me a drink she knew wasn't good enough. This is the FIRST negative review I have left for Muzz Buzz but I feel enough is enough. I pay good money every day but to be treated like my business...
Read more⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed Lately I honestly don’t like to give a bad review at all. Especially on a Monday morning. I’ve been a loyal customer of this coffee place for over 3 years, and it used to be one of my favourites. All the staff know me very well bbUnfortunately, the quality and service have gone downhill recently. I bought a coffee today, and it honestly tasted like watered down milk. Barely any coffee flavour at all. For the price they charge, it’s definitely not worth it anymore. A grande at $7.20. There is a new girl “ African “ if am not wrong who served me last two times but she is not good and no customer service at all. It’s really disappointing to see such a big drop in standards, especially after years of being a regular. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and bring back the quality and consistency they used to have. Until then, I’ll be looking elsewhere...
