Seven Trees Coffee — Restaurant in Western Australia

Absolutely appalling customer service from Craig 7 Trees came highly recommended, so I ordered a gift — beautiful tea containers — to be delivered to my Mum for her birthday on Thursday, 19th June. I paid in full for it to arrive on time When my Mum still hadn’t received it by Friday, I followed up. Today I called Craig directly and was told where he had supposedly delivered it. I explained this was the wrong house. His response? “Go get it yourself. I told him, “No Im sorry — you made the error. You need to fix it and deliver it to my Mum as agreed.” His reply was, “Well, to get it over and done with I’ll go now…” — extremely rude, no apology whatsoever, I will never use this service again and will make sure to let those who recommended him know exactly how poor the service was. Just popped in to pick up some new whole coffee beans, decided to have a coffee here as well because it was a long drive, I was NOT disappointed, with 9 types of beans to choose from depending on what mood your in and what style of roast you are after Absolutely delicious coffee, I went with a dark roast, chocolate and nutty taste (long black) Prices for coffee there are more than reasonable, I challenge you to find a better coffee with these prices

The coffee I purchased was 1kg Saigon Shelly (if it doesn't sell out quickly, I will be surprised) This coffee is so tasty, tge aftertaste lingers on the tongue (Thankfully), mouth is still salivating with the party going on in there

Amazingly cool place and coffee and tea, fabulous art and a host of other lovely gift ideas to buy for yourself or someone else that you couldn’t get anywhere else! The new cafe w black and white tiled floor and the hip 50’s vibe, expensive leather couches and snug little corners to sit for an warm catch up w family or friends. Dog treats too! Nothing they don’t have. And the art is amazing and affordable. I’m going to be making this my always place for catch ups of any kind! The little patio area with the plants 🪴 as well. So lovely!
