Subway — Restaurant in Western Australia

I orderd veggie patty sub footlong …… i picked up my order within 9 minutes of ordering….. as properly mentioned that it should be toasted …..patty was cold …. I went inside …. I just ate one bite ….. and they girl in hizab was rude enough to lie ……I ordered hundred times and knows difference of toasted or not …. I even picked my order in 20 minutes and that was super hot …… she completely refused and then she checked that i put up the instructions of toasted or not ….. when checked she cant even lie properly….. i leave the whole sub for her … she can have it ….. might be enough food for you …. If you would have asked for another sub for free i would have order for you ……but dont do these things just for a free sub …… be careful guys ….. i dont want to be racist but please be careful from Hizab girl ……

I’m allergic to fish and shellfish and there was seafood spilling out of the container and on the bench and near the cheese. Some slices of cheese were laying over the edge of the seafood container. When I mentioned this to the guy that was serving me he said “Ok” but did nothing about it. When my partner mentioned lots of people have seafood allergies and he said he was aware of this as his mother has a seafood allergy, but still did nothing to stop the cross contamination. Usually I have good experience at this subway, but tonight I went in and was served by a quite obvious "first day employee".

I always have respect people learning, but it was unacceptable that he was floundering the whole time and the other two workers weren't helping him.

E.g. both my sandwiches were supposed to be toasted. Both put in the toaster, when I got home neither were toasted. Please someone...teach him to use the...
