Food & coffee great but dogs not allowed. No signage either. Older woman working at the ugg shop Thurs 14/08/25 is rude and racist. I stood inside the sliding door right near the ugg shop exit to seek out staff to ask if I could bring my puppy in, I said "hi -" before I could finish saying hi and actually take a breath to ask, this woman literally screamed at me YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED IN HERE WITH DOGS. No hi, no hello, no sorry. I'm not caucasian and the way she barked at me, then purposely turned and was perfectly polite to her customer resuming her sale, made me remember it. What she didn't realise is the customer she was serving is my husband and upon seeing her odd behaviour he left the shop and she missed out on him buying us both a pair of uggs from there. Awful cranky disgusting woman, she should not be in customer service. I will be submitting a formal complaint with Williams Woolshed or whoever runs the ugg shop to discuss this woman further.
Added after response from co owner saying they are reporting me for my language and I am no longer welcome - I would have happily deleted my review if you reached out and spoke to me like a human being, if you think I'm the one using intolerable language then I think I'll leave my review up proudly and maybe even share it. I will not be bullied and I will not stand for...
Read more*Expensive, limited readily available food, water available but no glasses to serve, (over one hour of visit), insufficient room to line up to place order, because of table blocking entrance. *The Supervisor was hard working but has that supercilious attitude that she can't be questioned or nothing can go wrong on her shift. Needs more training in people skills. *Food left too long on the serving shelf behind the pie warmer - poor hygiene AND hot food cools too much. *Great confusion because the staff member on register taking orders gets ahead of service and there is no way of them knowing how many of the items in the pie warmer are "pre-sold" whereas the lined up customers have spent all their waiting time, choosing what they will order, from what they can see. *When they eventually get to order, everything has to be counted constantly to know whether there is anything actually available to sell. I observed much Customer disappointment and often anger because of the the lack of available, yet clearly visible food. *As a Manager and Trainer, I would advise an URGENT assessment of the current processes, including taking valued input...

Who purchased these metal chairs?
Try having a conversation with your wife directly across from you at the same table inside with everyone getting up moving these chairs and dragging them around, and even the staff pushing them in. OMG⌠ânoisyâ is an understatement. I would doubt it his would be an acceptable work environment, let alone a place to eat.
Itâs full of people here. Great half way point on the way to Albany from Perth for us.
Skip the vanilla milkshakes, they just taste like milk and syrup. Waaauyyy to much syrup, or not enough milk, no ice cream ... they are sickly sweet, the syrup just coats your tongue.
The Turkey Melt certainly looked the part.. I wouldnât order it again. Too spicy for me, even with a vanilla syrup coated tongue. I might try the Philly Strak burger next time. Oh... and the âchipsâ that cone with the meal... just a handful of...
