Came here as a recommendation from our family. It was an absolute scorcher of a day so the heat was out with a thousand suns in force! The venue was very welcoming, clean and had spritz fans on inside with picnic benches outside including umbrellas for shade. The outdoor area is fully fenced, dog friendly as we all came with our dogs - whose idea was that haha. The ginger beer is very crisp and tasty. The pizzas are massive and we found 1 pizza could feed 3-4 people. The bonus was house made bases as it really enhanced that wood fire taste explosion. All in all a solid place for a day out but just bring your hat, sunnies, handheld fan if summer time, a picnic blanket just in case and a water bowl for your dog if they’re all being used. Thanks team - would definitely be a regular if I...
Read moreThese guys have created a unique warehouse pub feel in an industrial estate complete with large outdoor beer garden. Amazing selection of tasty beers and friendly, knowledgeable helpful staff makes for a great visit. They also have freshly prepared food, which was quite good, unfortunately we didn’t get to try the wood fired pizza but it looked great. My beer paddle was $18 and a great way to try 4 different beers. You can choose your own from the extensive menu or they will ask for your taste preferences and create a custom one for you. It looks like it gets busy of a Friday arvo and you can book tables which is probably a good...
Read moreCame to Woolgoolga Brewery expecting great things because we heard some great things. However, these great things were short lived. Our group ordered at 1pm and nothing by 3:30pm. Continuous reassurances that our food would be ready next, however we received no food. The venue and atmosphere was actually quite nice, but after waiting so long for our food with a group of young children, it wasn’t good. If we ever return to Woolgoolga, we will definitely not be returning to Woolgoolga Brewery. Anyone wanting to visit Woolgoolga Brewery, triple check that it isn’t a weekend where it will be busy because you will not receive great food service. Highly...
