The Pepper Trees — Restaurant in Worrigee

Quite disappointed that we were not allowed to make alterations to our meals . All we asked for was to have only the protein served without veggies for both meals as we kindly stated that it would be wasted as we would not eat it . Also i asked for a little butter for my steak . The response was that they would not be willing to make any changes to meals whatsoever even though the place was not at all busy with the dining area quite empty . So most of each plate was left to be thrown in the bin as explained prior and i was left with an over cooked dry steak . Also everyone else had there meals brought out to their table , but we were given a buzzer and had to go collect it ourselves. Pricing was also quite expensive for what it was . We stood at bistro reception for 5-10 minutes even though I could see three staff talking to each other at the cash register only four metres from us. I had brought guests who were new to the area and was embarrassed by the wait staff’s lack of customer service. The lunch menu was very limited and therefore disappointing. The quality of food was fine. The person who brought it to our table was obliging and pleasant. I love the views and the atmosphere of the club but I won’t be coming again for lunch, only for dinner. Unable to attend as the club would not let my friend in who was visiting from Melbourne with her husband

Couple in there 60s she did have an expired is card but her husband had a current drivers licence

Enquirers on kms out of the area needs to be reasonable but it seems two couples one from Sydney and one from Melbourne all with us and advised here for the restaurant was not enough
