Eternity Cafe Wundowie — Restaurant in Wundowie

Had a delicious breakfast here on Sunday morning with my husband. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and welcoming - a lovely airy and roomy space. The people are so nice! It has a wonderful community feeling to the place. I had the pancakes of the day, which was a lemon meringue concept, and incredibly delicious and indulgent! All items are completely plant-based, but the pancakes were fluffy and very substantial - I was totally stuffed afterwards, in a good way! My husband had the big brekky plate, complete with plant-based homemade sausage. He really appreciated getting such a good mix of healthy and tasty vegetables to start his day! One thing people should be aware of is that they don't serve caffeinated coffee here, but do offer a variety of healthy alternatives. I tried a plant-based hot chocolate with oat milk. I am very fussy about hot chocolate, and this was fantastic, the best tasting I've had since I was last in France! You know that tictok "They'll never know. How could they know?" That's what it was like eating here. The menu at Eternity Cafe Wundowie caters to everyone. My children ordered the Mexican tortillas and banana bread pancakes and a chocolate milkshake, and I couldn't go past the lemon meringue pie. Everything was delicious and the portions were huge so we were all switching plates to try what the other hand ordered. I still don't think my kids registered it was plant based and even asked how they got their pancakes so thick and fluffy. Wundowie is 30 minutes from Glen Forrest so we took our bikes and had some very friendly local guides show us to the skate park and were invited to come back on Tuesdays and visit the Men's Shed across the road. We headed to this beautiful cafe in the middle of Wundowie...to find a gem of a find! The food was amazing! The chef Gabriella has a gift in that she respected her food and delivered 10/10 especially with the vegetarian options we ordered! The @NOTCOFFEE coffee was actually the reason we beelined to here, the NOT COFFEE was such a great replacement for caffeine, you cant tell the difference!
