We had a very bad experience this evening and have heard from several others similar such experiences We placed orders at 5:42pm, it was set to be delivered at 6:42. we waited and nothing updated on menulog. so we waited 10 minutes then called. We were told order is on the way. 20 minutes later we called again and they said 'come pick it up if you want it' so we asked them why they said 20minutes ago the food was on way even if only 8 minute drive to our house. She said 'we can't do anything about it' Thelady on the phone then started laughing and talking to her colleagues pretending not to hear us, refusing to talk to us then put down the phone when we tried to find out where our food actually is. It was an expensive order, food is over an hour late and still nothing. Now it's over an hour late and we have nothing sorted for dinner. Tried calling again and was told 'it's on its way' ... 8 minute drive. And when we asked if they were sure this time they said 'we are busy, you will get it when its delivered.' Absolutely shocking and disgusting service. I don't want others to go through this unpleasant experience with a restaurant that is apparently rated highly. Rather go to Curry on the Rocks in Two Rocks. Much better. Concerning menulog, our order has marked 'delivered' on time 6:42pm. when in fact we still have no delivery, over an hour and 15 min after delivery was said. We have phoned again and said the delivery driver is on the way "75 minutes after our first call" - we live 8 min away. this restaurant is making menulog look bad as it says delivery when in fact they are lying and have not delivered over an hour late and after 4 phone calls (one were she laughed and put phone down) we still dont know where our food is. Took my wife here for her birthday with the in laws and kids where do I start

Firstly we asked for poppadoms initially, and sides to come out with mains, they ended up on table before our poppadoms and with no mains as asked, we didn’t want to ruin anything by complaining at this point, little over an hour later our adult mains came out mine and my wife’s only, we waited a little thinking the rest would come, 10 min passed nothing else the guy said won’t be long, we started to eat ours another 15 min later the kids food came out still nothing for the in laws, 10 more min later there’s did arrive, Now to the food disgusting is an understatement everything was soooo hot, my 7 year olds korma was vile my tikka masala which was asked for as mild I couldn’t taste anything except hot spice, onion Bahdji was covered in salt couldn’t even eat them, when the guy asked how the food is I said il be honest we can’t taste anything it’s just too hot there were literally no flavour, his response was to laugh and then ask if we would like any more drinks, bill was $200 normally I wouldn’t be happy and would have said I wasn’t paying but again it was my wife’s birthday meal, We will never return here I felt generally sorry for the guy serving he was taking orders, bringing drinks serving tables wouldn’t surprise me if he had been cooking the food too with how long it took,

There are some good reviews on here however the ones that are bad are just sooo bad they over power the good ones

Do yourself a favour and try somewhere else way over priced on...

Did an online order through their website, gave them time to make it and then went to go pick it up. Found out they were closed, a hand written sign on the door stating they were closing at 7:30pm yet there were still staff there at 8:30pm when I went to pickup my order. They advised me my order wasn't made and didn't bother to call me to let me know. I asked why didn't they call me and the excuse was "we just saw the order 5 minutes ago" - okay? So call me?! Wasted my time driving there and went home empty handed.

Previously (prior to their most recent fit-out) we tried to eat here, did a phone order and asked if they could do paneer butter curry as I'm vegetarian. Found chicken in the curry and when I approached them about it, they said "you wanted the butter curry sauce so we used the butter chicken sauce and added paneer". That's not what you're supposed to do!! If you don't make a vegetarian option you say 'we can't accommodate that request sorry' and I order a different curry! No apology was given, no refund, nothing.
