I seated inside and I ordered a toast. I literally said "toast" and pointed at the item on the menu. After 20 min the waiter brought me a Pizza! It was a pizza looking dry and hard, the type I can't digest. I explained that I ordered a toast, but she wouldn't listen. Another customer offered to get/buy that pizza (which I didn't touch) and everything was solved, as they wouldn't have to waste the pizza, and I wouldn't have to pay for something I didn't order. I then asked again for my toast, but she simply said "NO", and went out to serve other customers that were sitting outside. I was left there with the refusal of being served. I had to walk away.
