My pizza was really good. Sadly on the evening we visited the service was incredibly slow and disjointed. Took around 45 minutes to get our starters. Food didn’t come at the same time. Pasta dishes (according to my friends) were very poor. The waiter was kind and listened and worked as hard as possible to look after us but the main kitchen (not the pizza oven kitchen - which worked far quicker) let him down massively and didn’t seem bothered about providing an efficient service. The waiter was making all the drinks and serving all the food as quickly as he could but was clearly overwhelmed. We felt bad that he bore the brunt of our complaints about the bad service but we saw the chefs taking it very slowly in the kitchen and I just don’t think they were up to the job or especially bothered at all. Once we complained the main kitchen chefs (the owners maybe?) began getting angry and arguing with each other which made a bad evening even worse. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy. Food was not good, carbonara was especially bland. Pizza was okay, the courses came out scattered, one of the garlic breads ordered with the main came out as we were asking to pay the bill.
The service was appalling, we waited over an hour and a half for our food, whilst watching other tables that arrived after us get served their food. If the wait for the food is as long as it was, they should at least offer regular drink refills, but they did not.
Atmospheres was non-existent. The waiter had no time for us, although both his fault. The whole experience felt rushed, although there was no sense of urgency when it came to serving the food.
The chefs seem to shout and argue about our complaint at the end of the night, which we did I a respectful manner.

Von außen ja nicht gerade sehr ansprechend das Gebäude ansich, doch bereits im Eingangsbereich sieht man dass das Restaurant ganz modern gestaltet ist. Wir waren positiv überrascht.
Die Karte bietet genug Auswahl an Pizzen und Pasta. Pizzen sind günstig, mit € 7,80 ist man dabei.
DOCH JETZT KOMMTs, was garnicht ging:
Die Bedienung ist völlig ungeschult und serviert Getränke immer ohne Tablet und dadurch sind einige Gänge nötig bis jeder sein Getränk am Tisch erhalten hat.
Freundlichkeit ist auch nicht im Überschuß vorhanden. Und ist das Getränk erstmal leer muss man ne Weile auf die Frage um ein weiteres warten.( in unserem Fall 50min) Die Tische werden nach verlassen der Gäste ewig nicht geräumt.
Die Pizza's sind geschmacklich nichts besonderes. Anstatt ordentliche Zutaten wie Prosciutto zu verwenden wird stumpf ganz normaler Kochschinken verwendet... Oliven kommen mit Kern auf die Pizzen. Mit nur wenig Aufwand würde sich hier die Qualität steigern lassen.
Das Essen wird im Raucherbereich zubereitet und auch der Assistenzkoch raucht gerne mal bei der Arbeit.
DAS SCHLIMMSTE zum Schluss!! Rechts neben dem Pizzaofen steht ein elektronischer Insektenbrutzler, dieser steht direkt über der Kunstoffbox indem sich der Pizzakäse befindet... Und jeder der die Dinger kennt weiß dass Fliegen dabei gerne mal abstürzen dabei. Umd Fliegen waren auch Ende Jänner im Restaurant vorhanden.
