We tried the Backhendl (crispy fried chicken), Bierkas Nocken (cheesy dumplings), and a homemade Topfenstrudel (cheese strudel with sweet cream)—all incredibly delicious!

There’s an English menu with photos, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Plus, they accept card payments (not just cash), and the prices are very reasonable.

6/5 stars if I could! Food was exceptionally tasty and portion sizes were great! We ordered the trout, samlet (young salmon), and Wiener schnitzel, as well as the Pofesen (doughnut like pastry with Nutella filling) - everything was perfect! The fishes were extremely fresh and cooked perfectly, the schnitzel was juicy and crunchy, the mixed salad was generously big and contained a lot of ingredients! Pofesen was just unbelievably amazing! Probably one of the best meals we have in Austria!
