Super expensive even compared to other huts in the area; I’ve been at far nicer places with nicer food costing less than 80% of this shit. I ordered cappuccino for 5,50 a got instant coffee. As a comparison: you get reasonable drip coffee with milk for around 3,80 at the other huts in the area. Food in the shop look low quality and unhealthy.
When trying to relax on the terrace I was hit by bad music ( Macarena ) that was way too loud. Also the very beautiful view was wasted on the crowd of drunk and smoking people (at 11am).
In general, as a honest hiker you want to avoid this place, passing by as quickly as possible to outrun the weird people attracted by the easy accent by cable car, alcohol...

The outside design if the building might have been inspired (at least in the architects mind) by rock formations. That didn't work out. A WW2 bunker is what it reminds of.
The inside design is fake alpine hut, making the bunker at least a bit cosy. Would be even more so if the TV and the trashy music weren't blasting.
You want to avoid Erbsensuppe (pea soup). One point goes to the Germknödel.
Also avoid to ask the grumpy boss for e.g. anything. Bring your electronic devices fully charged-asking for a outlet makes the boss...

The service was not very friendly (communication problems) and someone smoked in the restaurant (the owner?) although it is officially a non smoking restaurant.
