We have chosen the place specifically to manage strict dietary requirements for our newborn with infant milk protein sensitivity. Unfortunately the foods were mixed at serving. When we asked if it is really butter on the meat which in the menu was highlighted as milk free the answer was well it has this much. The food was then taken back to the kitchen on our request and a “new” plate was brought out saying this is a different dish only the left over fragments of the melted herb butter was still visible on the meat. Unfortunately this was still not the end of the saga, the waitress then came with the menu card showing that milk as an allergen is highlighted for the food we were served, only for us to point out at that moment that we did not order that dish and realising 2 plates have been mixed at serving. I guess the worst part is the lack of compassion from the waitress knowing the dietary requirement is about a new born (with milk protein passing through breast milk) lying about changing the food then trying to prove you did something bad where the food was mixed by them and not even a simple apology was given.
