Seehütte Goldeck — Restaurant in Baldramsdorf

So the one only positive thing about my visit here was the weather. Everything was bad and horrible, I'll start with the waiters, it looks like they don't want to give you any food or drink, our waitress made our order wrong and was surprised when we wanted what we ordered. Because we wanted to pay separately we had to pay before getting the food (which is at its own ok), but we didn't got any receipt, so we didn't have any prove that we payed already... The food came in not logical order and even though my friend got her soup in 5 mins, I had to wait 30 mins. Other friends had to wait even longer for a simple food as hotdog or Apfelstrudel. Even the portions were different, my friend got a full pot of soup and I got a half of a pot. Overall in comparison with other restaurants, this was at the bottom. Given that this is one of the two only functioning restaurants at Goldeck, it is obvious the personnel doesn’t have to try at all to gain customers.

We came in, wanted to order. The waitress was unable to communicate with us regardless of the fact we’re all fluent in german and english. We were told we have to directly pay for our order given that we wanted to pay separately. After we (with several struggles) ordered and payed, we received no receipt and so we couldn’t prove they made our order wrong (which they did). Our food came separately in absolutely no logical order, and while one of us got their soup in less than 5 minutes, the rest waited for more than 30. The portions were different for each of us and it was certainly not worth the money. The staff was unfriendly and even though we understand we were there during rush hour, we expected a lot more service-wise. I am very dissatisfied with the behavior of the staff in this restaurant. I came here with my friends for lunch while skiing. Everything was fine with the food, we made quite a big order. when we finished, we were just talking and because my friend and I were tired, they closed their eyes and rested. After a while a rude waitress came and said that we must not sleep here. She couldn't answer why, so she called the boss. The boss probably only had three English sentences: "this is a restaurant", "go outside to your hotel", "go outside if you want to sleep", was very unpleasant, and she did the whole scene when we were the only guests in the restaurant , so our rest did not bother other visitors either.
