I've been going on Wintersport for over 10 years now and I can confidently say that this is THE worst restaurant ever!

Here are some of the worst offenders: The organization was terrible, you had 2 separate kitchens serving different dishes, and on top of that the way they took the orders and processed them was beyond normal idiotic. You had to order, wait for them to make it and pay at the same time. Because of this we had to wait for over 45 minutes to even get the food. And then secondly, The food was very VERY mediocre to the point of it being strait up garbage. For example, I took a Wienerschnitsel and was really looking forward to a good traditional Austrian dish, but when I got it I was ashamed. How can someone call that a Wienerschnitsel?! It was so bad, so leather like, just awful. Another more serious example were the kaisserschmarn my girlfriend got, they were so greasy that they got here sick! The service was terrible, here is one translated quote. Us: "do you have ice tea, without sparkles please." Staff sneering at us: "ice tea is always without sparkles!" This continued for the whole of the order.

And to top it all of, the price-quality was all out of proportion, we payed waaaaaaaaay to much for the "food" we got.

Where is Mc Kinsey when you need Them?! food and service are lousy in this over priced restaurant.

A very long wait due the unorganized chaotic kitchen. I cannot understand that during lunch rush hour the kitchen only starts to prepare the food once ordered. We had 12 people in front of us in the queue and it took 45 minutes to receive our order.

On top of that one in our group got sick within half an hour after lunch. The kitchen uses too much fat, which is probably also old fat.

First and...

They missed our order completely, we had to argue with them to get the food we ordered (we ordered in german, so it wasn’t a language issue). We waited over 30 minutes in a 10 people queue, because they couldn’t handle the orders. The food didn’t make up for it, the germknodel wast the worst I ever had. Choose any other restaurant over this one, don’t be tempted...
