Booked a reservation for 4 people, on arrival we stood in the restraunt for 20 minutes waiting for our table, we ended up sat on benches at a table pushed up against a closed door with no light. (We understand restraunts can get busy) when our food arrived we realised that there was something missing off 2 of the 4 dishes and the food was in the opinion of our guest that is a professional chef, below par of everywhere else he had visited in flachau last week including chalet food.
The sledding was a step in the right direction, but be aware, when it advertises "flood lit" it is less than 10 spot lights spread through a forest for 2.6km, so we recommend taking a torch as much of it is pitch black, this doesn't spoil it by any means but do be aware.
Now, following our poor dining exprience, my partner and I are worried about sending guests for food as we have between 20 and 26 staff at a time, and if a restraunt can't book or cook for a group of 4, i'm not putting 20+ guests through the exprience, as a fun activity we called sattelbauer to ask politely if we could pay and rent 22 sleds for our guests, this appaulingly was answered by a rude, abusive answer to a basic question and my partner was hung up on.
In conclusion; bad booking experience (twice) bad front of house experience bad food experience beyond bad customer service experience (twice)
