Wir kennen das Panorama Restaurant Kreuzjoch von der Wintersaison und waren heute zum ersten Mal im Sommer dort – und ehrlich gesagt: es war perfekt. Die bekannte Bergkulisse ist beeindruckend, keine Frage, aber was dieses Restaurant wirklich außergewöhnlich macht, ist das Team.

Das Servicepersonal ist nicht nur aufmerksam, schnell und professionell, sondern auch herzlich, authentisch und mit echter Freude bei der Arbeit. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war ein echtes Aushängeschild für Gastfreundschaft – so ehrlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und menschlich.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns auch der Umgang der Mitarbeiter untereinander – ein harmonisches, wertschätzendes Miteinander, das sich sofort auf die Atmosphäre überträgt.

Ein großes Kompliment an das gesamte Team – ihr macht diesen Ort zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wir hoffen sehr, dass euer Einsatz und eure Qualität vom Arbeitgeber genauso geschätzt und honoriert werden, wie sie es von den Gästen werden – denn Mitarbeiter wie euch findet man nur sehr, sehr selten. Ihr seid das Herzstück dieses Restaurants.

Danke für den schönen Tag bei euch! English: We’ve known Panorama Restaurant Kreuzjoch from winter visits, but today was our first time in summer – and honestly: everything was perfect. The breathtaking mountain view is always a highlight, but what truly sets this place apart is the team.

The service staff is not only efficient and professional, but also genuinely warm, welcoming, and clearly enjoy what they do. Every single team member was a true example of real hospitality – kind, attentive, respectful, and simply a joy to interact with.

We were especially impressed by how the team treated each other – a positive, cooperative atmosphere that immediately enhances the guest experience.

Big compliments to the entire team – you are what makes this place truly special. We sincerely hope that your dedication and quality are appreciated and recognized not only by guests, but also by your employer – because people like you are rare and extremely valuable. Very nice view and friendly staff. -Goulash soup:fair price, large serving and comes with bread. Not too salty. -kaspressknoedelsuppe: fair price, large serving, strong broth, juicy Knödel which perfectly fried with a thin crisp layer. The cheese was a bit mild for my taste. -kaiserschmarn: excellent. Probably one of the top 3 in the greater Innsbruck area. Very light and juicy, great flavor and plenty of butter. So good that the fruit preserve is kinda superfluous. Not the largest serving I have seen, but cheaper than other restaurants. Enough for one good meal or two people...

My friend and I were looking for food and got served slop for 15 euro. Found a couple of hairs in the pasta. The owner scammed me a locker and told me to get out of her house and pushed me. As two young girls travelling we were very shaken up and shocked by this experience. I genuinely think it was racially motivated. If you ski down the mountain there is a way better place that serves edible food. If you don't believe and have 15 euros to spare try the canned...
