Casa Romana Böheimkirchen — Restaurant in Gemeinde Böheimkirchen

Unfortunately we chose this place for dinner after a long drive, myself, my wife and our son. Friday evening at 7:30, the place was almost empty, just us and another table of two. We were seated by the only waiter in the restaurant, a “gentleman” in his late 40’s, wearing glasses, very unhappy to accommodate us. Probably he just wanted to leave home earlier that evening. We ordered a bottle of wine, 2 starters to share and three main courses. The service was so rude and appalling. The waiter was very bothered when we asked for a wine list, he started shouting at us when he brought over the two starters because we had the nerve to ask for three sharing plates. At this point I was just about to leave but I didn’t want to make my wife and son uncomfortable. When he cleared the starters he removed the used cutlery (dirty from the tomato sauce) from our plates and he plonked them back on the table to used them for the main course!! Needless to say the main course was brought over before we finish eating the starters. He removed my son’s plate while we were still eating, my wife ate a few bites and she lost her appetite. We asked for the bill and we left without finish our food nor the wine. We never felt so rushed and disrespected. As a business owner myself I find this experience as unacceptable and outrageous. This waiter completely ruined our evening, I hope he’ll understand the consequences of his action as this is not the way to treat a guest that he’s paying his salary. We will never go again to this...

Very nice place! We have been on a 3 weeks holiday, and on our trip back from Hungary to the Netherlands, we decided to get some rest in this Böheimkirchen. The Hotel owner of Smart Livin recomended this restaurant. What can I say? It was the best day of our 3 weeks. Absolutely unexpected. The food was incredible, The waitresses are awesome. Special thanx to Heni. Her Hospitality skills are professional. She helped us with the menu, explained carefully and patiently a few dish what made us chose easier, Furthermore she is friendly and vibeing positive energy. I will return to this place each time I travel through Austria. Thank you...
