Read moreUnfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Despite the fact that most of the guests were tourists, the waitress refused to speak or even respond in English. She insisted on replying only in German, which made communication unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable. In a place that clearly caters to international visitors, I expected a more welcoming and accommodating attitude. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and considers offering better service to non-German-speaking guests...
