I choose to stay in the hotel after the positive experience made a week prior in another Rosenberger. The Hotel is on the motorway and this was for me a plus. Vienna is about half an hour by car away. Hotel is pretty new, made in a modern style, rooms are large and equipped with all what needed for a night stay. Very good noise insulation in the bedrooms. I had dinner in the restaurant and this was a disaster. Arrived on a Saturday evening at 9 pm, restaurant supposed to be open until 10 pm. On offer is a self service buffet. It looked like the team had decided to close down and go for a party, since there was hardly anything to eat on offer. I accepted the Chef suggestion of a Wienerschnitzel. Made in a pommes frites fryer with pork instead of veal, there didn't have any pommes frites!!! and the potatoes I was offered very old and horrible. For this plate of food I paid around 13 Euro a disgrace. The service team did the rest treating us like "unwanted people". Breakfast next day pretty average, though the Polish waiter had very good...

Read moreThis dog friendly hotel on top of the Rosehill Food park was a comfortable place to take a break from our road trip. The staff was nice, spoke English, Czech and German from what I could understand. Despite the bad WiFi I am still giving them 5 stars because this was just a one night stop-over. Everything else about the place was excellent. On the ground floor, you'll find a café that serves good cappuccinos, lattes and baked goods , an Austrian restaurant serving soups, Austrian meals for dinner and breakfast in the morning, and a Burger King. Doggo was allowed in the dining areas as well (who also enjoyed a whopper patty 🍔) 👍🐶 Plenty of grass area around the parking...
