Nickis Restaurant — Restaurant in Gemeinde Gmünd

It was an accident that we end up in that restaurant - great reviews, why not? The restaurant looks good. We ordered a soup (frittatensoup), 2 glasses of wine and 3x main dish. Portions were huge and really good. But the service - worst that we ever had. I ordered frittaten soup - never delivered. After saying that I order it to the waiter he told me ,,oh, sorry!". I thought that he will give it to me in a moment. But he never did. We ordered 2 glasses of wine - he gave us 3. (We paid for 3 also) And about the main dishes - every single one was mixed. 1 st person got the meat that person nr 2 ordered, and the fries that person numer 3 ordered. Everyone was switching their meal from each other plates. Food there is great, but I have never seen such bad service. (The person was really nice, but he did nothing correct with the service). I was there with friends so it was just a funny situation for us. But if a situation like that happened in a more formal dinner I would be really mad.
