Terrible experience, got yelled at by the waitress Me and my GF wanted to stop for a coffee and eat a sandwich we brought. No service came within like 5 minutes, so we took our food from the backpack. A young (maybe 16-yo) waitress rushed to us and started instantly yelling that we cannot eat our stuff, and we have to pack up.
We told her that we want to order coffees, and eat our sandwiches to it. [I live in Innsbruck for 3 years, this is accepted at the mountain huts] The waitress was furious, told us we get nothing and that we have to leave immediately.

It's a good & popular choice for lunch or to watch the sun set: the view from the terrace on a sunny day is what draws the crowds, but the one from the men's toilet is truly spectacular. Possibly the best, anywhere.
The kitchen serves a lot of pizza: so much that on my last visit, they had none left, and we had to make do with spaghetti bolognese and beers: a plate of which plus 2 beers came to €40 with...
