We went as we were staying nearby for one night and there wasn't anywhere else to go. It was very nice though, staff were very accommodating of us not speaking and German and them not speaking any English, and even got a local to translate the menu for us. Food was also great. Be aware that they only accept cash (no card) although there is a cash machine a stone throw away (but that shuts at 6pm). Would recommend!

Simply just amazing food, staff and view! We did enjoy the "Schlachtteller". This is a typical local speciality, only serve around 2 weeks end of September. Excellent food in abundance, done in a real "home made" style

ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so eine gute rezension geschrieben aber meine erwartungen wurden übertroffen. sehr uriger und authentischer österreichischer gasthof. käsespätzle und schnitzel suchen ihrer gleichen. die damen des hauses haben in form von service und essensqualität mehr als überzeugt. absolute empfehlung

Am Mittwoch waren wir zu Gast im Wallis. Wir würden sehr herzlich und freundlich begrüßt. Das Ambiente ist einladend und gepflegt. Eine schöne Speisekarte bietet regionale und saisonale Gerichte. Das Essen war wirklich toll, das Dessert war der krönende Abschluss des Abends. Der Koch/ die Köchin ist absolut vom Fach! Die Bedienung erfolgte schnell und sehr freundlich.
