Making the best Neapolitan pizza outside of Vienna at a reasonable price, using a lot of local ingredients and serving the highest quality. They’ve recently started to do weekly specials as well. I highly recommend the Arancini & I’ve only heard great things about their pasta dishes. I have to go back soon and try for myself! The staff is fast, very attentive and friendly. The terrace is shaded by grapevines, the biggest space in the restaurant had a modern make-over quite recently and the bar and smaller space were almost left untouched - you’ll get a blast from the past, so to speak. Pizzamanufaktur takes reservations online via google, which is very convenient. So if you find yourself in these parts of Austria, stop here - you won’t be...

Man muss sagen, wahrscheinlich die beste Pizza im Mostviertel! Vielleicht sogar noch weiter.

Aber beim Rest ist noch Luft nach oben..

Ersten noch mal kurz zur Pizza: Wir hatten zwei verschiedene Pizzen, doch beide mit Trüffelmascrpone. Was wir leider etwas schade fanden war, das die Mascarpone nicht als dezente Ergänzung gedacht ist. Sondern eher als Hauptgeschmacksträger beider Pizzen. Was ich damit sagen möchte, der Geschmack war intensiv, was ja ok ist, doch leider war die ganze Pizza damit voll. Und das war viel zu viel. Aber gut Geschmäcker sind verschieden und beim nächsten mal wird einfach eine andere Pizza bestellt :)

Der Service war eher schlecht, da würde ich sogar gerne fast nur zwei Sterne hergeben, aber ich hoffe, dass es eine Ausnahme war. Das gebrachte Besteck war zu wenig, das beigestellte Wasser abstanden und lieblos auf den Tisch geklatscht. Beim Wein nach dem Essen wurde einfach das Licht abgedreht, mit der Begründung "damit keiner mehr rein kommt". Also das war mehr als unangenehm. Erstens war die Atmosphäre im Keller und man wurde ja schon fast zum gehen hingewiesen. Und das um halb 10..

Zur Atmosphäre selbst kann man nichts viel schlechtes sagen. Die Räumlichkeiten wurden teils sehr schön saniert, teils sind sie noch im urigen Wirtshauslook. Ganz netter Stil eigentlich. Die Tische wirkten etwas lieblos, da könnt man vllt mit einer kleinen Tischdeko nachhelfen..

Gesamt kann ich sagen ich bin mit gemischten Gefühlen raus gegangen.. Also hoff ich, dass da noch nachgebessert wird, dann werd ich mich sicher mehr auf den nächsten...

We have visited Pizzamanufaktur many times now, and each time it was a wonderful experience! The staff is super nice and extra-attentive as well as knowledgable about their products. Food-wise, their pizza is the main star of course: always very well done, using fresh ingredients that provide super-rich flavours - definitely also try their sauces/oils! Any other dish we have tried (starters, mains, desserts) have also always been exceptionally good. All in all the restaurant is a real gem in the area!...
