Worst customer service I have ever experienced

I would highly recommend this place if you're a masochist and enjoy being insulted to your face and told to leave and never return.

For all others I would highly recommend to stay away from this place and not reward them with your patronage.

The waiter's attitude was completely dismissive after I told him the dish I ordered was not yet fully cooked. They served a Tiroler Gröstl with egg white that was still transparent and runny (ie, uncooked) and the potatoes were not roasted but instead were slices of cooked potato. The waiter told me "this is how we serve it here." Well, yes, of course, if you're a masochist you would want to eat raw egg and risk getting salmonella poisoning! My answer: "It might be that you serve it like this, but it certainly is not the way I will eat it. And I will most certainly not pay for it either."

Anyway, after the waiter took the dish away he did not communicate to me that they would not make any effort to heat the dish, and instead cancelled my order without letting me know, and without asking if I would like to order something else to eat. I decided to let it slide, and not make a big fuss about it. After we paid our bill for the other stuff we had, the waiter did tell me that he had cancelled the Gröstl, since I did not want to eat it anyway. After I asked him what happened with my comment that the egg was still uncooked, and the potatoes were not crosly roasted, he simply responded that the kitchen did not receive this information, because he had only cancelled the order.

Then to my surprise out came the general manager of the establishment. He started to falsely accuse me and yell at me that I had insulted his employees. Being four persons at the table we could of course easily avow this to be untrue, I told him about his false accusations. Instead of de-escalating the situation, as you would expect a general manager to do, he wanted nothing of it and proceeded to make things worse. Telling me I was a horrible guest, and they don't want people like me there.

This is such a place where they actually despise and loath their guests, wanting them to pay up and leave as soon as possible in order to empty the table for the next guest. They clearly see their guests as walking wallets rather than human beings. Remember that it is your guests who ultimately pay for your wages and your income. If you do not like the business of working at a mountain restaurant, then...

Fine restaurant with a lovely panaroma view of the zillertal arena, the food is pretty Quick and affordable with loads of choice. Plenty of seat both in and outside. Best seats are the sunbeds they offer right at the edge of of the location allowing you to get sunburned instantly. Beside food the restaurant also sells a few item like factor 50 suncream chewing gum etc the could expand on that with a few more choice in factor or some minor items for the skis like softwax(seeing the only place where you can find those items is in the villages). Most important about this place Is that they offer a great scenery to hang out drink a beer and enjoy some quality...

Wir waren in der ersten Januarwoche 2023 dort und haben uns auf eine warme Mahlzeit bei unserer ersten kleinen Skirunde mit der ganzen Familie gefreut. Der Anfang war gut, wir haben trotz "voller Hütte" nach kurzer Zeit einen Tisch ganz vorne Richtung Theke ergattert. Uhrzeit ca. 12:30 Uhr. Und dann begann das große Warten...... 30 Minuten haben wir nicht nachgefragt, dann alle 5 Minuten und nach ca. 50 Minuten kam dann eine durchaus nette und "bemühte" Bedienung zu uns und wollte die Bestellung aufnehmen. Wir: "Eine Kaspressknödelsuppe bitte" Bedienung: "haben wir leider nicht mehr" Wir: "okay, dann bitte einen Kaiserschmarrn" Bedienung: "ist auch leider aus" Wir: "was haben Sie denn für Kindermenüs?" Bedienung: "das was auf der Karte steht" Wir: "okay, da gibt es nichts Derartiges, dann nehmen wir einmal Spaghetti ohne alles" Bedienung: "puuh, ich weiß nicht, ob ich das so bestellt bekomme" Wir: "und eine Currywurst ohne Currysauce" Bedienung: "nehme ich auch so auf, versprechen kann ich es aber nicht" Wir: "versuchen wir es, bitte dann noch eine Gulaschsuppe"

Die Getränkebestellung hat tadellos funktioniert. Das Essen kam dann recht schnell, jedoch ohne die Currywurst ohne Curry... wir haben dann noch ca. 10 Minuten gewartet und erneut gefragt. Dann hatten wir offenbar eine der fähigsten und ausgebildeten Bedienungen am Tisch, die sich vielmals entschuldigte und die Wurst neu bestellt hat.

Diese kam dann auch und wir haben uns dann nach ca. 75 Minuten auf den Weg gemacht.

Es hat einen sehr überforderten und unorganisierten Eindruck hinterlassen und das es keine Kindermenüs gibt ist alles andere als familienfreundlich. So schnell werden wir dort jedenfalls nicht...
