We skied here with friends and children, and seen the fact that the "skishule" was here we don't have alot of other alternatives to lunch. The food is expensive (which is understandeable), but it is good. Nobody really complained about the food. We didn't had to wait long for our food either, which is good when your kids only have 1h of lunchpauze.
My biggest complaint and the reason why I can only give it 2 stars: is the unfriendly bartenders. There was only the bald bartender who was really great. The others were not friendly, nor helpfull.
anecdote 1: We ordered water, we got served sodawater instead. The bartender refused to change the order. He literally said: "You didn't say: 'still water' ". anecdote 2: We ordered 1 Latte macchiato & 1 water. I got an Additional cappuccino which I didn't order, but I still payed it... anecdote 3: During taking an order, the bartender just left because someone was still thinking about what to choose. ....

Achtung: wer 10 Flyinghirsch möchte muss „Oberhirsch“ bestellen, wenn Sie das wissen, ersparen sie sich folgende Geschichte und Diskussionen. Draußen wurden uns 10 Flyischhirsch für 59,90€ Abgerechnet, da es ein Angebot war. Weil die Terrasse um 16 Uhr schließt und der Schirm voll war, mussten wir gegenüber in die „Lounge“. Dort haben wir mit den 10er Schritten weitergemacht, leider aber dann zu einem Preis von 69,90€… die Musik wurde nicht geändert und die 30 leute von uns waren dann leider nicht in Drinklaune. Beim Bezahlen wurde uns dann der Mehrpreis offenbart. Nach langer Diskussion und rufen des Chefs, haben wir den Preis von 59.90€ bekommen. Das wichtigste ist, dass wir jetzt folgendes wissen: „das ist keine Apreski bar! Hier ist Lounge und Restaurant, die Apreski ist drüben“! Und auch solche Aussagen wie: „wer 10 Flyinghirsch bestellt, muss 10 Flyinghirsch bezahlen“ waren auch nicht grad fördernd für die Stimmung und auf unser NICHT wiedersehen.
