Eigentlich hatte ich für meinen Geburtstag und den dazugehörigen Besuch meiner Familie aus der Steiermark in einem anderen Gasthaus gebucht... Als ein Freund dies hörte sagte er sofort nein und reservierte noch in der Sekunde hier 😊 ja, und die Entscheidung war perfekt... Meine Mama eine klassische österreichische Küche-Kritikerin 😀, schwärmte bereits bei der Suppe - die wie so selten noch mit Rindfleisch gekocht wurde und auch danach schmeckte... Der Zwiebelrostbraten auf den Punkt und zart gebraten und auch die Beilagen, sowie ein Fischfilet auf Risotto waren geschmacklich bestens. Ja und das Service durch die Wirtsleute einfach angenehm - und der eine oder andere Schmäh...
