Der Bärenwirt hatte wohlverdienten Ruhetag. Die Alternative hatte es in sich: Herrliche Aussicht, Tiere soweit das Auge reicht. Einer ausgezeichnete Karotten-Ingwer-Suppe, die geschmacklich rund und sowohl Ingwer als auch Karotten Platz ließ, folgten die Fleischlaibchen. Die hatten es schwer, waren doch Fleischlaibchen von Mutter immer meine Leibspeise. Sie bestanden den Vergleich tadellos, waren saftig, gut gewürzt und von einem Püree aus richtigen Erdäpfeln begleitet. Meine Frau genoss ein vorzügliches Schnitzel mit körnigem Reis. Den Abschluss bildete eine Cremeschnitte. Sie rundete ein großartiges Mittagessen ab. Die Chefin serviert. Der Chef kocht. Alles geht bemerkenswert flott und freundlich vonstatten.
