Kofelalm Madritsche — Restaurant in Hermagor-Pressegger See

The staff that was serving our table was beyond rude. We've been waiting for half an hour when my brother went up to the staff and politely asked her to serve us. When he did, the waiter (older blonde lady with glasses, think her name was Mira) just waved him off without even looking at him, like a dog was annoying her. Still, we didnt want our lunch break to be ruined, we waited patiently for another half an hour, when the said waitress would just walk past us. There wasnt even a crowd anymore. I went up to her when it was well over an hour that we've been waiting, asked her if she was going to serve us. Once she came to our table, she started yelling in front of everyone that if we didnt like waiting, we need to get out. Angered by this, I went over to the bar asking the staff for a book of complaints or the owner of the restaurant, but nobody wanted to take our complaints.

I have to say, I had never had a worse experience at a restaurant. The waitress also talked in my language the whole time while cursing us and yelling to get out. Never coming back and I am encouraging everyone to just go to another restaurant, the service is just not worth it. They are treating us like dogs when we come to enjoy the winter times as a family. The oddest thing about this place that it costs about double than for example Remo restaurant literally a lift ride away at the bottom. I wish the food was twice as good, but it's not better, it's worse. The cherry on top was when they charged me for every single packets of mayo we ate.... COME ON MAN that's ridiculous. Gotta mention my fellow Hungarian servers though and the bar staff outside they are very kind and professional. Get a drink outside soak up the sun and eat somewhere else. Got to mention they also ONLY take cash wink wink. Gotta love a good...

My friend and I went there for a quick lunch. When we asked to pay, the waiter let us know that the total was €28.50, without handing us a bill. After paying, we asked for a copy of the receipt, which took a while to come. When we were finally given it, we noticed the that total (€26.50 as shown in picture) didn’t match our initially paid €28.50, meaning we had been overcharged (all undeclared). The cost of the fries is a bit unrealistic; maybe a way to bump up the bill, bringing it closest possible to the original €28.50?
