Great hotel. Modern interior, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Our room was in the 2nd floor. There are some at the ground floor facing the street that may not be as quiet but I may be wrong. |Personnel was friendly and nice. ||Reception is hardly manned but I’d say you don’t need it as much and it’s a good decision to keep the prices down. ||The check in was basically done for us. We just picked up the room keys and signed the info sheet and that was it. Very thoughtful by the people who run the place. ||The parking is covered so you don’t need to clean snow in the morning. ||The ski equipment room was a tad colder than it should be so not everything would dry up for the following day but at least the boots were ok. It’s also conveniently located in the parking area so unloading and loading is easy. ||Sauna area was also good. I’m afraid there wasn’t much more than the sauna and resting area. It’s quite spacious for the size of the hotel anyway. There is a play room in the basement, which seemed nice.||One major drawback to me is the bathroom setup in the room. There was no door between the areas so your shower is in the room itself. Toilet is separate, so that’s good but I’m not sure I like the idea of fogging up the room while taking a shower. Anyway, not the worst solution. Otherwise the room and the shower were well thought, good quality and squeaky clean. ||The Italian restaurant is great. Food is fantastic and the staff is super nice...

We booked the whole hotel for a week for an organized group of 49 persons on a HB basis. After reading the glowing reviews we were happy to have chosen a wonderful hotel. Before arrival, we agreed on dinner times with the hotel. On the day of the arrival, we sent another email and called on the phone as well. After the check in, the restaurant told the tour leader they arrived ‘’too late, and are not getting dinner’’. After long negotiations, the group got pizzas. The dinners continued to be served at different times not as booked and promised. The owner of the hotel was visiting the hotel at that time, but he was absolutely not interested in this situation and did nothing to solve the issues. We just can‘t understand such approach to the business and to the guests at all. The group had to finish skiing earlier, come back to the hotel faster to have dinner as the restaurant insisted. Before the last day, the hotel finally admitted they made a mistake and got the times wrong. Nothing was offered as an apology to the group. Additionally, the food, the menu was mundane, for most of the days it was just pasta. Housekeeping was almost non existing too, with only trash taken out once during a week‘s stay. But the most important things are values, communication, feeling welcome. Modern furniture means nothing in comparison to that. The holidays were ruined for 49 persons. We sincerely don‘t...
