Brunner Weinhof - Buschenschank — Restaurant in Ilz

We booked a table here to have an informal supper after having visited the Zotter chocolate factory with a guest from Australia. The personnel is very kind and friendly (we discovered afterwards that the lady serving us was the owner, as we requested an English menu for our guest but, not being available, she took care of her speaking a good English) and gives additional information about food and wine you order. Menu allows a respectable choice for a Buschenschank and you can also get surprisingly good wine (Grüner Weltliner and a young Zweigelt were our choices). Food came quickly, was abundant and tasted very good! Accompained with different spreadable creams (Aufstriche) and many slices of wholegrain bread. Lovely atmosphere, really great local foods, beautiful garden, with a little playground for the children. And the wines.... I really liked the sparkling white wine, but my favourite was the bruhudler. It is a rosé wine with really strong forest fruity smell and taste. Ein leerer, nur mit rotem Läufer "gedeckter" Tisch (kein Besteck, Gläser, Teller oder Tisch reserviert Schild am Tisch - Reservierungsschilder waren an anderen Tischen deutlich zu erkennen) wurde von uns in Spielplatznähe zum verweilen gewählt. Nach 5 Minuten wird auf uns lautstark und bereits beleidigend zugestürmt, wie wir es wagen können diesen Tisch zu wählen, er sei ja reserviert und gedeckt, ob wir das nicht erkennen könnten. Die Frage wann die Tischreservierer kommen würden, wird schreiend mit "SOFORT" abgetan. Das führen eines normalen Gespräches wird hier wohl nicht gewünscht! Eine dazukommende Servicekollegin erklärt das ein decken auf Grund der Temperaturen nicht möglich gewesen sei. Könnte ich so hinnehmen, allerdings wurde ich Momente davor noch als blind bzw. zu dumm um ein erkennen eines gedeckten Tisches hingestellt. Nach sofortigen verlassen des Buschenschanks kommentiert unsere 2jährige Tochter im Auto das erlebte mit "Mann schimpfen - darf man nicht". Das nennt man wohl "Gastfreundlichkeit". Danke NEIN...
